Guidelines and terms for developers working with Victus Cloud

⚙️ 1. Overview

Victus Cloud connects clients who need custom development work with skilled developers from our team.

Developers are assigned projects based on their skills, availability, and performance.

🧠 2. Developer Requirements

To remain an active member of the Victus Cloud Developer Program, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old (or have guardian permission).
  • Maintain a professional attitude and respectful communication with clients and team members.
  • Deliver work within agreed deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  • Keep all client information and project details confidential.
  • Never share or reuse client code, files, or private data without written consent.

💼 3. Project Assignment & Workflow

Projects are assigned based on skills, past performance, and availability.

Once assigned, the developer must:

  • Confirm acceptance within 24 hours.
  • Discuss project details clearly with the client or team lead.
  • Provide regular progress updates.
  • Submit the final product for testing and review.

Failure to deliver or unresponsiveness may result in:

  • •Project reassignment.
  • •Reduced priority for future projects.
  • •Removal from the program in repeated cases.

💰 4. Payment & Commission

  • Developers receive 70% of the project value.
  • Victus Cloud retains a 30% platform commission (for operations, support, and client management).

Example:

Project Value: $100

Developer Earnings: $70

Platform Fee: $30

  • Payment is sent after client approval and final delivery confirmation.
  • All payments are made through approved methods only (e.g., PayPal, Crypto, Bank Transfer, etc.).
  • Refunds or disputes are handled by the Victus Cloud Admin team.

🔒 5. Confidentiality & Code Ownership

All project code and deliverables belong to the client, unless otherwise stated.

Developers may not:

  • Resell or reuse client work.
  • Share private code or assets publicly.

Victus Cloud may keep a secure copy of project files for support and dispute resolution.

🧾 6. Behavior & Conduct

Developers must:

  • Communicate respectfully at all times.
  • Avoid arguments, toxicity, or disrespect toward clients or staff.
  • Use professional language in all work-related channels.
  • Not engage in self-promotion, client poaching, or external advertising without approval.

⚠️ 7. Violations & Penalties

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings.
  • Temporary suspension from the Developer Program.
  • Permanent removal and blacklist from Victus Cloud projects.

For severe violations (fraud, theft, etc.), legal action may be taken.

🏆 8. Recognition & Growth

Developers who consistently deliver high-quality work may:

  • Receive priority access to new projects.
  • Earn bonus commissions or promotions.
  • Be featured on Victus Cloud's official website and marketing material.

🧩 9. Dispute Resolution

If any issues arise (payment, client complaint, etc.):

  • Contact a Victus Cloud Admin or Project Manager.
  • Provide screenshots, proof of work, and communication logs.
  • Victus Cloud will review the case and make a final decision.

✅ 10. Agreement

By joining and accepting any project under Victus Cloud, you automatically agree to abide by all terms in this Developer Policy.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid earnings related to the violation.
