General Policy
Victus Cloud strives to provide reliable services. Refunds are offered under specific conditions and are subject to the limitations outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refund Amount
Eligible refunds are 80% of the paid amount
Time Limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
Exclusions
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
Custom development services
Including web, game server, or code development projects
Services suspended due to AUP violations
Accounts suspended for violating our Acceptable Usage Policy
